McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for an Patient Attendant for its Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.

Responsibilities include: directing and transporting patients as needed and visitors to all areas of the clinic.  Assists patients in transfer from vehicles to wheelchairs or patient carts; provides information on Clinic services and department locations.  Opens doors for all patients and staff when available in accordance with McFarland Clinic’s Core Values and Promise.

Education

High School Diploma, GED or HiSET

Days: Monday - Friday 

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM. Wednesday 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Experience

On the job training Previous experience working with the public is helpful

Pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.
