Contingent requirements:

Minimum of 3 shifts per 6-week schedule periodMaximum of 96 hours prescheduled in a 6-week periodShifts are 12 hours in lengthMinimum of 2 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule period (Friday 1500 – Monday 0730)Must work at least 1 summer and 1 winter holidaySummer: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor DayWinter: Thanksgiving, Christmas/Eve, New Year’s DayWill also work one of the following shifts: Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, or the Day after ChristmasGeneral Summary: Performs basic patient monitoring activities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).Responsibilities:Remains at bedside of assigned patient at all times unless relieved by an appropriate staff member.Assists in calming and/or reorienting patient in cases of agitation or confusion.Removes visible hazards and/or broken equipment from immediate environment and reports as appropriate.Records all observations.

Requirements:
