Patient Advocate
Job Summary The Patient Advocate serves as a liaison between patients, families, and the Reading Hospital as a means to fulfill the right of patients and their representatives to be able to file a complaint, as well as to provide meaningful response and resolution to quality of care concerns. The Patient Advocate may propose actions and/or contribute advisement on identified opportunities for improvements to Patient Experience.
