In this role, you’ll be the go-to pro for insurance billing and claims follow-up — from commercial carriers to Medicare, Medicaid, and everything in between. You’ll help patients by ensuring their claims are processed accurately and on time, and help our team by sharing your knowledge, insights, and billing brilliance. This isn’t just billing — it’s a mix of strategy, detective work, tech-savviness, and leadership. You'll work with various electronic systems, spot trends before they become issues, and support your team with reports, training, and process improvements.
