Job Summary
The Patient Accounts Representative II serves as a subject matter expert in ensuring timely review, collection, data entry for billing and coding claims for payor and patient accounts. Patient Accounts Representative II ensures patient registration during check-in/check-out services, monitors phone traffic and schedules office visits.

1-2 years experience in physician clinic office or other health-related field preferred 1-2 years experience with healthcare billing preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Customer Service Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with staff and visitors Strong multi-tasking and organization skills to balance and prioritize work.
