Key Responsibilities:
Provides information to, and maintains relationships with external and internal providers, nursing staff, operation managers, front office staff, and customers to provide coordinated servicesStays current with clinical, provider, registration and scheduling information related to the serviced departmentsAssists in maintaining scheduling protocols for many different Essentia Health departmentsAssists in monitoring all work queues to ensure timely and quality patient careEducational Requirements:
Associate's degree required within two years of hire or transfer dateOR
