Collect deposits, co-pays, and deductibles. Educates patients and families regarding patient rights, advanced directives, and distributes patient guides. Associate’s degree in Administrative Support Technology. Business or Office Technology preferred. Medical terminology experience recommended. Proficient in use of software programs.
