Title: Patient Access Services Coordinator

Facility: Winter Haven Hospital - Outpatient Infusion

The Patient Access Service (PAS) Coordinator is responsible for: 

Performing functions in any or all of the following PAS modalities: Front Desk, Registration, Scheduling, Financial Counseling, Bed Control, Cashier, Insurance, and Document ImagingProficient in all of the Patient Access Service modalities within the departmentResolves PAS and customer service issuesProcesses payrollMaintains department staffing schedules Assists the manager in providing guidance and direction to the Patient Access Service RepresentativesMay be required to rotate shifts, and occasionally takes on-call responsibilities.Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Experience 

3 years Related field 

Education:

HS Graduate or Equivalent GED requiredAssociate's Degree preferred
