Previous hospital experience as an admissions representative preferred. 2. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. 3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals, including patients, families, and medical professionals. 4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a demanding environment. 5. Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in stressful or challenging situations, displaying empathy and compassion for patients and their families. 6. Proficient in using computer systems and electronic health records (EHR), with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software programs. 7. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. 8.
