Patient Access Representative
Title: Patient Access Associate Location: Owings Mills, MD Shift/Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST (5x8) Interview Format: Virtual Dress Code: Business casual Position Summary: Life Bridge Health is seeking a Patient Access Associate to join our Contact Center team at our corporate location in Owings Mills, MD. This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer service by managing patient inquiries and requests through multiple communication channels, including phone and, EMR portal. The associate will support various departments and provider practices by scheduling appointments, processing prescription refills, handling referrals and preauthorizations, and ensuring accurate data entry. This position plays a key role in enhancing the overall patient experience and ensuring seamless access to care. Key Responsibilities: + Schedule patient appointments and complete registration processes + Verify insurance information and eligibility + Respond to inbound and outbound calls related to marketing campaigns and service inquiries + Accurately enter and manage patient data using CRM and EMR systems + Collaborate with internal teams to resolve patient concerns and improve service delivery. Qualifications: + Education: High School Diploma or GED required + Experience: 1–3+ years in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in healthcare + Strong communication and data entry skills + Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
