Job Description Job Summary: The patient access representative is responsible for ensuring smooth patient access and flow within the healthcare facility. This role combines administrative duties with clinical support, providing comprehensive care and service to patients. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. This outpatient burns clinic sees anywhere between 15-20 patients a day.
