Patient Access Representative II – Hiring Now!

Location: West Hollywood, CA

Pay: $24/hour

Schedule: Multiple shifts available between 7 AM – 7 PM, 5x8-hour days

Training: Onsite for several weeks, then potential to go remote

Position Overview:

We are seeking Patient Access Representatives II for a temporary assignment with the potential to transition to remote work after successful completion of onsite training. This role is essential in supporting patient admissions and registration processes in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:Perform pre-admit and face-to-face registration for patients.Collect and verify demographic and financial information.Handle insurance verification (government and non-government), eligibility, and Workers’ Compensation.Collect co-pays, deductibles, and other patient payments.Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and internal teams.Required Skills & Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare (Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, physician office, insurance, etc.).EPIC experience required – must be proficient in scheduling within EPIC.Experience handling high-volume, multi-line phone systems in a healthcare call center environment.Strong communication and customer service skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
