Job Title: Patient Access Manager
Location: Tulsa, OK

Compensation: $61,000 - $85,000 annually (DOE)

System One is seeking an experienced Patient Access Manager to lead the front-end registration and admissions operations across multiple departments for a Tulsa based healthcare facility. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and compassionate patient experience from the first point of contact.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the patient access department, including admissions, scheduling, registration, and insurance verification

Manage, coach, and develop a team of front-end staff, ensuring high levels of performance and service excellence

Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency and patient satisfaction

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, organizational policies, and payer requirements

Collaborate with clinical and revenue cycle teams to resolve patient access issues and support financial clearance goals

Serve as a point of escalation for complex patient or insurance concerns

Qualifications:

5+ years of leadership experience in patient access, registration, or healthcare revenue cycle

Strong understanding of insurance processes, pre-authorizations, and EMR systems (e.g., Epic)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume environment with attention to detail

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred
