Key Responsibilities:

Docket Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patent records by adding new filings to Pattsywave, updating docket entries, and monitoring USPTO communications and key deadlines.Document Preparation & Filing: Draft, review, and file essential documentation including Application Data Sheets, Information Disclosure Statements, Assignments, and Inventor Declarations.Client Communication: Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries with professionalism and clarity.Foreign Filing Coordination: Work closely with international counsel to manage and support foreign filings and ensure all procedural and jurisdictional requirements are met.Compliance & Best Practices: Uphold internal and external guidelines, including outside counsel instructions, ensuring a consistent standard of excellence in every client interaction.

Qualifications:

Solid experience with U.S. and international patent filing and prosecutionProficiency with patent docketing and document management tools (e.g., Anaqua, FoundationIP, PatentCenter, ePCT)Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailClear and professional written and verbal communicationStrong team player with the ability to manage competing deadlines in a high-volume environmentComfortable and effective working remotely with a distributed team
