Perform all prep as assigned by Pastry ChefProperly set up station according to guidelinesMaster assigned station and assist others as neededMonitor food qualityPrepare dishes according to guidelinesMaintain cooking technique and presentation standardsComplete special projects and deep cleaning as assigned by Pastry ChefReturn all items to their zoned locationsClean and Stock station before checking out with Pastry ChefProperly set up station according to guidelines

Qualifications and Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

At least two years of previous pastry cook experience.

A Culinary Pastry degree or related hotel experience preferred
