**What you will do as a Pastry Commis Chef:**
+ **To assist the DCDP, CDP and Sous chef.**
+ **To be able to follow instructions clearly.**
+ **To be able to work well within a team.**
+ **Producing a high standard of food for all outlets consistently excellent**
+ **Ensuring the highest levels of hygiene and safety**
+ **Maintaining areas of work and machinery**
+ **Ensure the organization’s food policy and strategy in areas such as allergen management are implemented and followed**
+ **Controlling the order and storage of food supplies**
+ **To be able to work under pressure as required by business levels**
+ **Continued learning and progression**

+ **To be flexible to work in other departments within the kitchen when required**
