Pastry Chef - Fuji Speedway Hotel, Unbound Collection by Hyatt

Fuji Speedway Hotel, Unbound Collection by Hyatt is currently seeking an experienced Pastry Chef who will be responsible for the efficient running of the pastry department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The goal of Pastry Chefis to manage the Pastry department. The Pastry Chefwill take council from the Executive Chef to create, implement menu and concepts but position is designed so that individuals will work in a manner that is consistent as that of an independent owner/operator.
