The Waldorf Hilton London is an iconic & historic London hotel built in the late 1800, located in Aldwych.

Salary   £14.83 an hour + Service charge (£5,000 to £6,000 a year)

What will I be doing?

A Pastry Chef de Partie, will run their station and ensure high levels of food preparation to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Ensure all food preparation meets standardsKeep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contaminationPrepare all mise-en-place for all relevant menusAssist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient mannerAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationshipsAssist the Pastry Head Chef/Sous Chef in the training of all staff in compliance of company procedures

 

What are we looking for?

A Pastry Chef de Partie serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

A minimum of 2 years of previous experience as a Pastry Chef.Strong team playerNVQ Level 2/3Achieved Basic Food Hygiene CertificateAbility to work under pressureAbility to work on own or in teams
