1. Manage the pastry bakery production schedule, ensuring timely delivery of fresh and delicious pastries for service
2. Train, mentor, and lead pastry bakery team members, providing guidance and support in pastry bakery techniques, recipes, and presentation
3. Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste
4. Collaborate with the Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, and other team members to create seasonal menus and incorporate pastry offerings into the overall restaurant concept
5. Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and ingredients.

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria;
· Previous experience working as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role within a 5 hotel or high-end restaurant or pastry shop
· Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, and flavor profiles
· Ability to lead a team and delegate tasks effectively
· Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet production and service deadlines
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
· Knowledge of health and safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance
