PAS Systems - Senior Systems Analyst
The Systems Analyst is the lead of business analysts who is responsible for partnering with business team and IT delivery team to define best-fit requirements based on system capabilities to achieve business values. This role requires comprehensive understandings of systems capabilities to propose and discuss feasible solutions that could contribute the best to business values. This role also needs to provide guidance and lead other BA members Job Description Senior System Analyst is a senior role of PAS (Policy Admin Systems) team in Solution Delivery department. This role requires comprehensive technical skills to deliver the best fit solutions that contribute to business values. This role also needs to provide guidance and help to other development members including governance of vendor partners. Job Purpose + Responsible for defining system requirements with input of product, operation and other business departments from business that could translate into feasible solutions to provide best business values. Job Responsibilities + Responsible for defining system requirements based on IT system capabilities so that IT Solution delivery team could work efficiently to provide best business values + Join force of solutioning & delivery of PAS transformation related to IT Modernization program in Japan + Providing help and guidance to team members as needed Key Relationships Internal Interactions (Within the Organization) + Business Partners and other IT Leaders External Interactions (Outside the Organization) + SI Implementation Partners Required Skills and Experiences Educational Qualification + Bachelor of Science Degree – Computer Science or related field Specific Qualifications + Japanese language: N3 & above. English business fluency Total Experience + Experience:- 8+ years delivery experience- Comprehensive Auto, Medical and P&C insurance knowledge in PAS domain - Tier 1 insurance carrier transformation experience, preferred + Technical Skills:- Familiar with modern IT architecture, development methodology- Exposure to Open API framework is a plus + Leadership:- Exhibits confidence in self and others; inspires and motivates others to perform well with excellent coaching skills. + Collaboration:- Ability to operate and have credibility with business leaders- Strong interpersonal skills and ability for productive collaboration across varying departments.
