As a Reference Data Analyst in the Party Reference Data Operations team, you will manage and maintain Client reference data within the Party Central application. You will be involved liaising with requestors and business partners, conducting data analysis, and maintaining management information system reports, while valuing strong analytical skills and teamwork.

 Job responsibilities

Lead daily operations related to the party reference data system, focusing on setup, maintenance, and updates on client accountsValidate and diligently review documentationEnsure requests are authorized and clearly understood before actioningEnsure the procedural guidelines are followed without any missesResolve open issues and escalations proactively, keeping Management in the loopAct as a primary contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communicationManage training needs of the team along with ensuring completion of the mandatory targetsProvide expertise on client hierarchies, ownership structures, and regulatory obligationsSupport audit requirements with timely and accurate data retrieval and documentationDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures and control frameworks

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities

University graduate with 3+ years of experience in financial services or related industriesFluency in written and spoken English with strong communication skillsProficiency in party reference data, client onboarding, and KYC processesProficient in advanced Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
