Parts Support Specialist

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Quote Parts Price and Lead time based on internal process, tools, factory and supplier inputs. Provides alternatives, as and when needed, to support urgent shut down order or short lead time order. Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction. Works with SD&S on Parts Upgrades, Retrofits and Obsolete Parts replacement solutions Analysis and interpretation of enquiry and quote data to increase order growth, quote hit rate, support requirement and quote process improvement. Continuous improvement of KPl's for assigned territory Use digital tools (IBT, FLEx, CRM, FF2/Presto, Power BI, VISTO and others) to proactively identify customers opportunities for parts and elaborate executable plan to create demand. Implement corrective actions from win/loss analysis to improve hit rates and market penetration, focusing on critical accounts. Direct follow-up with Regional Sales/LBP for large and key quotations. Ensure early visibility and deep engagement in STO’s to extend customer Parts opportunities. Deliver commercial and technical internal / external training as required. Study on market Price and lead time for Parts orders in Asia Pacific, compare with current quotations. Determine actions to improve quote hit rate and order growth in the assigned territory. Conducts analysis on market demand and expectation of Parts orders. Analyze the demand pattern based on parts category (Soft Parts/hard parts/ Severe Service trims) placed by respective LBP or customers (history vs. future).

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Diploma is preferred 3-5 years minimum experience in Application Engineering, Order Engineering, Purchasing and planning roles in the valve industry Understanding of after market sales & service, parts business and valve maintenance Critical thinking skills and ability to fairly and completely evaluate alternatives Ability to objectively assess business and market opportunity, both technically and financially  Effective communication and influencing skills  Experience working with matrix organization.
