As a Parts Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of parts. You will be responsible for ensuring that the right parts are readily available in a timely manner to meet the needs of our customers. This is a challenging position that requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Reports to: Service Manager Minimum Qualifications: + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Proficient in using inventory management software + Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time + High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: + Previous experience in a similar role preferred ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES: + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail + Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Working Conditions: + Conditions vary based on needed activities and will include warehouse, sales floor and external environments. + Some activities will include lifting (maximum 75 lbs.), sorting, standing, and possible extreme heat/cold conditions.
