Primary Responsibilities

−          Fill Rate > 90% on project related jobs

−          Risk analysis and mitigation of potential risks to procurement and supply for projects

−          Accuracy of communication with all internal and external stakeholders

−          Plan and coordinate the procurement and supply of parts within the required timeframe for all projects

−          Monitor and analyse effectiveness and efficiency using qualitative and quantitative tools

−          Feed project parts requirements into the ERP system using the appropriate planning methodology while upholding department KPI’s

−          Consistent communication with all stakeholders to ensure the best outcome

−          Risk analysis and the effective mitigation of potential risks regarding the procurement and supply of parts for any project.

Competencies

−          Communication and Collaboration.

−          Demand Forecasting and Planning.

−          Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel. 

−          Proficiency in relevant ERP systems.
