**Adecco is currently hiring!** **Job Title:** **Parts Picker** **Position Summary** The Parts Picker is responsible for accurately locating, pulling, and preparing parts for assembly and shipping. This role plays a critical part in maintaining workflow efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** + Pick and stage parts based on work orders and production schedules + Verify part numbers and quantities to ensure order accuracy + Use handheld scanners or pick tickets to locate inventory + Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control + Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas + Work closely with warehouse and assembly teams to ensure timely part delivery + Assist with packing, labeling, and shipping tasks as needed **Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED required + 1+ year of warehouse, inventory, or picking experience preferred + Ability to read and understand pick lists, part numbers, and instructions + Basic computer and scanner skills + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods + Forklift certification a plus (but not required) **Why Join Us?** + Competitive pay and full benefits + Growth opportunities in a stable and expanding company + Supportive team environment focused on safety and success **Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
