Parts Order Execution Supervisor
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE - Leading and developing of Spare parts Purchasing and Customer Service team (COM), to support delivering a world class service level of Fisher Parts from our Parts Distribution Center Szekesfehervar - Cooperate with Inventory group in optimizing inventory, and leading purchasing and planning activities accordingly. - Leading reporting activities, and Prepare Sales plan Monthly basis. Track the execution according to the plan. - Contribute to the European Spare Parts Growth Projects IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: - Spare Parts Order Management - Connect with Sales offices, various internal departments, and suppliers. Ensure customer focus. - Report, analyze results in line with goals and coordinate corrective actions including Sales planning and support for European Sales plan execution - Training and education (team and individuals), people management, performance feedbacks and goal settings - Liase with other departments/organizations, collaborate with peers and managers - Within Divisional processes, ensure orders are entered into the sales order processing system verifying that all data is checked and accurate - Look for continuous improvement opportunities. - Delivery and development of various regular reports for the European management PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Maintain and improve customer happiness. - Work systematically and expertly in a well-documented manner in accordance with the company rules and procedures including adherence to trade compliance (export / import and supply chain security) regulations entirely.
