Job Description

Shift: Any 5 from 7 Days.

Salary: £28,000- £31,000 Depending on experience and Overtime where applicable. 

You are required to maintain ethical standards in accordance with Culina Asset Management’s AG Policies and the Company's Compliance Guidelines and Policies including Anti-Bribery and all relevant competition law.In conjunction with the parts manager, order stock and parts to support the workshop. Maintain optimum levels of fast-moving parts.Support the process for pricing parts for the remarketing of used trucks. This can involve pricing parts, ordering and escalating parts and maintaining the consumables.Take receipt of deliveries and prepare any returning parts.Undertake with the Parts Manager perpetual stock takes.Manage the parts counter to efficiently serve the workshop and customers.Ensure the parts department is kept clean, tidy and that all parts are maintained in an orderly fashion.Liase with suppliers and customers in a professional manner

QualificationsExperience in a Parts Department environment. Experience in Face to Face Customer Service environment is essential. Experienced and comfortable working with Software. Experience in the motor tradeCurrent full driving licenceAble to work as part of a teamGood communicatorKeyloop experience – Advantageous but not essentialDaimler Truck systems experience – Advantageous but not essential
