Parts Counterperson
Job Title: Parts Sales Associate Job Description Join a growing team near downtown Indianapolis as a Parts Sales Coordinator. The role is crucial for maintaining smooth operations and high customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer needs are met promptly and efficiently. Responsibilities + Answer client requests via phone and email to process sales orders. + Check inventory to determine available parts. + Provide pricing information for parts to customers. + Quote clients for parts. + Offer lead times and updates on expected shipments and parts. + Collaborate with procurement to order additional inventory. + Coordinate with service team members to ensure parts availability during equipment servicing. + Assist with various tasks within the operations team as needed. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Good customer follow-up skills + Experience working with parts + Ability to use computer software efficiently Work Environment This position is onsite from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The work environment includes a 15-minute morning break, a 30-minute lunch, and a 15-minute afternoon break with limited overtime. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
