Parts Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversees the parts ordering, procurement, inventory management, warranty, and distribution of PSC repair parts, shop supplies, and maintenance parts for all business units; field and in shop. Controls all min/max parts inventory for shop and field locations Negotiates, with the assistance of the National Accounts management, all parts/tire/maintenance contracts with the PSC preferred vendors. Manages the parts warranty process with all vendors and ensures that PSC parts credits/refunds have been collected. Keeps assigned parts room in a clean and manageable order Ensures that logistical challenges are met in the field to minimize downtime and efficiencies for PSC field and resident technicians Oversees training and development of his/her PSC parts personnel Management of standardized parts master in Parts management system (TBA) Establishment of min / max of parts on hand for his/her inventory Handles all parts for Techs in the shop or field

Requirements and Qualifications:

Experience in parts sales or Auto or Equipment sales Ability to follow instructions and processes and communicate effectively. Sound knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office suite and web-based applications.
