The Parts Clerk is responsible for the receipt, verification, labeling, storage, documentation, and security of all supplies in the Parts Room. Key responsibilities include:
Stocking all parts to maintain inventory levelsConducting price and quality surveys to ensure cost-effective purchasingProviding counter service to mechanics and other staffKeeping the parts room clean and organizedMaintaining files and records while preparing necessary reportsOrdering special (non-stock) parts for repair ordersMonitoring re-order levels and replenishing stock as neededParts Clerk Qualifications
Valid driver’s license requiredHigh school diploma or GED equivalent (Technical training preferred)Previous vehicle parts room and inventory experience requiredExcellent communication and administrative skillsStrong attention to detailASE certifications preferredSubject to drug testingApply today and become part of the Maggies team!
