The Parts and Services Backyard Wholesale Director is responsible for leading and optimizing the operations within the Stellantis dealer network and independent repair shops. They will need to utilize Market analysis to conquest and grow business with the least amount of incentive spend.

 

The lead will need to work with Multi Shop operators and insurance companies to create an OE program through the use of MOPAR, BPRO and Circular economy parts. The Candidate will engage in dealer bids across the country to utilize OEM or BPRO parts to ensure growth in Stellantis business.

 

Sales and Business Development:

● Own and grow the out of dealer business with MOPAR and Bpro Auto.

● Grow sales team to better manage accounts.

● Analyze data to better understand data needs of growth.

● Identify and assess regional market needs and opportunities.

● Challenge status-quo, discover, and champion best practice benchmarking and process improvement.

 

People Leadership:

● Lead independent entrepreneurs to achieve higher levels of performance.

● Lead and mentor the field team to realize their potential professionally, deliver breakthrough results.

● Build team through strong collaboration, mentorship, trust and mutual respect.

● Develop and raise the technical expertise and competency in both the dealership and field.

Basic Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or related field 10+ years of sales and business development experience Negotiation skills Increasing responsibility in automotive sales Supervisory experience Proven track record of achieving breakthrough sales results Strong influencing and negotiation skills Willingness to travel 20% Must live or relocate near Auburn hills, MI
