Overview Are you passionate about bringing brands to life through innovative partnerships? We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the delivery of standout branded content campaigns across sponsorships, product placements, and advertiser-funded programmes (AFPs). 🚀⭐ Reporting to a Senior Manager or Director, you’ll manage the end-to-end process - from shaping strategy and negotiating media value, to overseeing flawless execution and reporting. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where creativity meets commercial savvy. You’ll collaborate with leading clients across diverse sectors, challenge media owners to raise the bar, and help shape the future of integrated media partnerships at Publicis. Responsibilities Create strategic, insight-led content partnership solutions that align with client briefs and KPIs. Lead the project management of multi-channel campaigns across sponsorship, AFPs, and product placement. Challenge and inspire media partners to develop innovative, results-driven proposals. Negotiate competitive value while ensuring compliance with trading agreements. Deliver post-campaign analysis and client-facing reports to inform future activity. Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and media partners to ensure smooth delivery. Provide line management and mentorship to junior team members (e.g., Partnerships Executive). Support trafficking processes for digital campaigns and assist with budget tracking and finance. Qualifications Proven experience creating and delivering branded content and media partnerships. Strong knowledge of sponsorships and partnerships across TV, digital, social, and more. Excellent project management and organisational skills. Creative thinker with a strategic and structured approach to problem-solving. Confident in analysing performance data and delivering client-ready insights. Skilled negotiator with media partner relationships already in place. Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience managing budgets, billing processes, and vendor payments. Previous experience line managing or mentoring team members is a plus.
