Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

Job Description:
The Partnerships Associate will play a key role in supporting CNBC Select’s affiliate growth strategy by managing partner relationships, tracking performance, and contributing to affiliate operations across a range of financial service categories, including credit cards, investing, tax, insurance, and loans.

Working closely and reporting to the Senior Manager of Affiliate Growth & Optimizations, this individual will help execute and optimize partner-related initiatives - from performance reporting to link tracking to maintaining affiliate network records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious, data-savvy, and eager to learn the ins and outs of affiliate strategy and operations in the digital media space.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing relationships with affiliate partners and networks by tracking performance and supporting day-to-day communicationsPull and analyze affiliate performance data on a recurring basis (weekly/monthly) to support reporting and optimizationHelp QA and monitor affiliate link placements to ensure accurate tracking and monetization across CNBC Select contentMaintain and update affiliate partner records, offer details, and rate changes in internal systemsSupport onboarding of new affiliate partners and network integrationsCollaborate with editorial, product, analytics, and compliance teams to implement monetization initiativesResearch competitor activity and financial services affiliate trendsAssist in preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders on performance and growth opportunities

Additional Requirements:

Qualifications1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital publishing, e-commerce operations, or related analytical rolesStrong Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with affiliate platforms and dashboards preferredComfortable working with data to drive insights and decision-makingHighly organized with strong attention to detail, especially when managing offers and reportingExcellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively across multiple teamsSelf-starter eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, evolving environment
