What the day will look like – Key responsibilities
Your day will be busy adopting a client centric approach, which will be the key to your success!
Responsibilities:
+ Assist with the preparation of quotes, proposal and policy documentation in line with internal processes.
+ Partner Stewardship Report preparation and data collection.
+ Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service.
+ Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders where required.
+ Assist and action client queries, renewals, policy changes and coverage advice.
+ Provide a high standard of service and professional advice throughout the sales, client on boarding process and the full policy lifecycle.
+ Keep up to date with industry, product and legislative developments.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ Tier 1 accreditation
+ Demonstrate basic technical understanding of a broad range of insurance products – including financial lines.
+ Excellent attention to detail and time management.
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
+ Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
+ Experience using Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Salesforce
