Partnership Manager (Vision Care Franchise)

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Partnership Manager is responsible for developing the growth strategy and driving performance in our South East Asia Export markets, working hand in hand with our distributors, enabling sustainable growth across the region

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and develop the strategy for export markets in their responsibility

Work closely with Distributors to understand market dynamics, insights and collect channel distribution information, supporting the Franchise Head and Marketing team to develop tailored strategies

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Distributors to manage, support and develop the operational Distributor(s) performance across the markets

Assess and prioritize Distributor needs, when developing franchise strategy and operational plans

Guide and support Marketing strategy implementation

Lead initiatives to strengthen the Franchise business by developing an excellence- oriented and customer-focused culture, fostering innovation, and building best-in- class third-party partnership that fully exploit all market opportunities

Support operation with major Cluster Key Accounts and Healthcare Organizations

Manage business specifics e.g. pricing, undertaking, and other distributor business exigencies

Monitor and track in market sales and market share evolution

Report on competitive intelligence activities shared by the Distributor to ensure Marketing strategy aligned with needs

Provide consultancy to the distributor on delivering and implementing customer programs

Manage day-to-day commercial operations with smaller markets / Distributors and/or dispersed markets across broader geography

Align on a monthly basis with Distributor and work with S&OP to provide 24 months forecast

Guarantee and follow-up on Distributor’s training level and needs, supporting the upscaling knowledge of Distributors associates – according to the Company's training plan

Ensure fulfillment Distributors contractual obligations

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

Experience & Qualifications

5-10 years experience in sales and marketing leadership and distributor management in the healthcare industry

Skills and Abilities

In-depth understanding of SEA market environment

Strong relationships with KOLs, key accounts and customers

Proven track record of successful new product launch planning and execution

Proven ability and experience of risk assessment and management

Strong results orientation, and willingness to have extensive involvement in Region / Country strategic Business operations

IT literacy is expected on all common Windows applications

Excellent persuasive and influencing skills

KPIs

Net sales Vs target, growth Vs previous year

Strategic products, new product launch success rate e.g. Water Surface lens, Torics, Systane

Gross to Net spending, Distributor Compensation Model execution

Forecast Accuracy

Market Share (where the data is available)
