We’re seeking a **Partnership Manager** to support our technical sales efforts and drive growth through strategic partnerships. This role bridges the technical and commercial worlds—ideal for someone who understands water/wastewater systems and sees the value in advancing digital water solutions. As part of the Client Solutions Architecture team, you will play a critical role in nurturing relationships with existing partners, including water technology distributors, engineering consultants, and internal product brands. You will also be responsible for identifying and cultivating new partnerships to help scale our digital water business. **Key Responsibilities** + **Partner Management** + Maintain and grow relationships with existing technology and channel partners. + Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies across brands and offerings. + **Business Development** + Identify and secure new partnership opportunities aligned with the company’s digital water strategy. + Evaluate partnership performance and make recommendations for optimization and expansion. + **Sales & Technical Support** + Support the sales team by providing technical input and subject matter expertise on partner-enabled solutions. + Deliver compelling product and software demonstrations to partners, consultants, and prospective clients. + Serve as a technical translator between engineering, product, and commercial teams. + **Cross-Functional Collaboration** + Liaise with internal product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure partnerships are positioned for mutual success. + Act as a connector between business development efforts and technical execution. **Qualifications** + 5+ years of experience in water/wastewater technology, engineering, business development, or a related field. + Strong technical understanding of water infrastructure + Experience working with or selling digital water technologies, including software platforms and data analytics. + Demonstrated success in managing external partnerships and strategic relationships. + Comfortable delivering software demonstrations to technical and non-technical audiences. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and commercial teams. + Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. **Preferred Qualifications** + Prior experience at a water utility, engineering consulting firm, or water technology company. + Familiarity with SCADA, GIS, AMI/AMR, CMMS, or other water-related digital platforms. + Ability to travel up to 50% for partner engagement and industry events. Preferred Qualifications: • Innovation: Propose creative solutions. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software is also beneficial. • Planning, Scheduling, Budgeting & Resource allocation. • Effectively manage improvement projects throughout the project’s life cycle, ensuring strategic alignment and deliverable focus.
