Position Summary
The Partnership Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the success of HomePro representatives by supporting relationships with brokerage partners and internal teams. This position coordinates daily activities that ensure HomePro Agents have the tools, resources, and support needed to deliver an exceptional seller and buyer experience. Responsibilities include facilitating smooth communication between Offerpad and partner brokerages, providing HomePro representative technical support, resolving operational issues, and assisting with reporting and performance tracking. The Partnership Coordinator also helps onboard new partners and agents, shares program updates, and ensures consistent execution of HomePro standards across all markets.
Essential Functions
Serve as the primary point of contact between Offerpad and brokerage partners to coordinate HomePro activities and resolve day-to-day questions.Support HomePro Agents with scheduling in-home solution appointments, inspections, and follow-up visits.Track appointment progress and ensure timely completion of tasks such as confirmations, inspections, and follow-ups.Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Customer Success, Operations, Pricing) to align processes and resolve scheduling or operational conflicts.Maintain accurate records of partner contacts, appointments, and agent activities within CRM or tracking tools.Support quality assurance by reviewing agent compliance with HomePro standards and reporting gaps to leadership.Assist with communication of program changes, promotional initiatives, or new tools to partners and agents.Contribute to a positive team culture by proactively sharing ideas to improve processes and partner satisfaction.
Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards. Provides all internal/external customers of Offerpad with an excellent service experience.

Requires extensive sitting with periodic standing and walking. May be required to lift up to 20 pounds. Requires significant use of a computer, phone, and general office equipment. Needs adequate visual acuity, ability to grasp and handle objects. Requires the ability to communicate effectively through reading, writing, and speaking in person or on the phone.
