Position Overview
The Assure Platform Ecosystem Exchange (APEX) program is seeking a Partnership and Alliances Manager to drive the development and growth of the APEX partner ecosystem. This role will focus on managing the end-to-end lifecycle of partners, from qualification and certification to integration and marketplace enablement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new partners, overseeing solution integration, and ensuring seamless collaboration within our ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Pipeline Management: Identify candidate APEX partners based on business requirements aligned to defined categories of capability, and develop interest to engage in the qualification process.Partner Onboarding & Qualification: Manage the evaluation and qualification of new partners, ensuring alignment with APEX qualification requirements criteria including Offering Owner sponsorship.Certification & Pre-Integration: Oversee the certification process and pre-integration activities with the Assure Platform to ensure partners meet business and technical standards.Ecosystem Registry & Enablement: Maintain an up-to-date registry of ecosystem partners and facilitate their integration into the Assure Marketplace and Partner Portal.Solutioning & Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and customers to drive solutioning efforts and maximize ecosystem value.Marketplace & Assure Platform Alignment: Ensure partners fully leverage the Assure Platform, applying reference architectures and best practices for integration.Continuous Improvement: Monitor ecosystem performance, gather feedback, and implement enhancements to improve partner engagement and solution adoption.Qualifications
Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role.Strong project management skills to lead complex, multi-stakeholder partner initiatives from planning through execution, including defining milestones, managing cross-functional teams, and tracking performance against KPIs.Experience in partner management, ecosystem development, or business development within a SaaS, fintech, or enterprise technology environment.Experience building and managing strategic partnerships or client alliances, including negotiating joint go-to-market strategies, developing co-branded solutions, and aligning partner objectives with internal business goals.Strong understanding of technical integration, certification processes, and partner enablement.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, drive collaboration, and optimize partner engagement.Familiarity with marketplaces, APIs, and solutioning frameworks is a plus.Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.This role is ideal for a proactive leader who can bridge technical and business functions to drive a thriving partner ecosystem.
