Follow us on LinkedIn (http://www.linkedin.com/company/deluxe/posts/?feedView=all) RESPONSIBILITIES: The Partner Technical Support Specialist provides advanced support to sales agents by taking inbound calls to assist them in downloading and/or troubleshooting credit card equipment, VAR (Value Added Resellers) setups, install and maintain systems and products, keeps records, and comply with regulations. + Provide superior "white glove" technical assistance with immediate resolution if possible + Log all calls in the merchant systems + Assist with deployment escalations + Provides reliable and accurate education and/or training to partners about products and services + Stay up to date with the latest POS (Point of Sale) equipment and applications + Assists in projects as needed BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: (Required) + HS/GED AND 2 years of relevant experience + Must be 18 years of age or older PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Desired but not required) + Associate's Degree Benefits In line with our commitment to employee wellbeing, our total rewards benefits package is designed to support the physical, financial, and emotional health of our employees, tailored to meet their unique and evolving needs.
