Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic Partner Success Manager to join our team in London, United Kingdom. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing strategic partnerships to drive mutual growth and success. As a key member of our partner success team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our partners, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing the value of our partnerships.
Develop and execute partner success strategies to drive adoption, retention, and growthServe as the main point of contact for assigned partners, building strong relationships and addressing their needsCollaborate with partner teams to ensure seamless end customer onboarding and integrationMonitor partner performance metrics and provide regular reports and insightsIdentify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the partner ecosystemConduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and set goalsDevelop and deliver training programs to educate partners on our products and servicesWork closely with the sales team to support partner-driven revenue growthProactively identify and resolve partner issues to maintain high satisfaction levelsStay informed about specific product lines, industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic guidance to partnersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldExperience in partner management, account management, or similar roleProven track record of building and maintaining strategic partnershipsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels of an organizationExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple partners and initiatives simultaneouslyProficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExperience with CRM software, preferably SalesforceExperience with Customer Success Platforms, such as Totango or GainsightStrong presentation and public speaking skillsDemonstrated ability to drive partner growth and successUnderstanding of SaaS or technology industry preferredKnowledge of partner ecosystems and channel salesAbility to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry eventsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
