Partner Success Management, Senior Manager

Join the Best Buy Ads team as a Partner Success Management (PSM), Senior Manager. In this leadership role, you will lead a team of 5–9 PSM professionals who support advertising partners in maximizing the value of Best Buy Ads. You will be responsible for your team’s execution, partner satisfaction, and development across a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do
 

Lead internal and external relationships, ensuring alignment with business goals and partner needs.Establish operational processes and business rhythms to support a complex, high-volume campaign environment.Oversee campaign execution across multiple verticals, ensuring accuracy and excellence.Guide the team in delivering performance insights, recommendations, and strategic support to partners.Serve as the primary escalation point, resolving challenges efficiently.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless information flow and campaign delivery.Set category strategies based on account health and performance data.Promote continuous learning and develop best practices to enhance partner engagement and campaign outcomes.Mitigate risk, escalate issues, and discover solutions, collaborating with internal teams to resolve challenges efficiently.Drive innovation and efficiency through ambiguous workstreams and process improvements.Provide coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities for your team.Identify and cultivate talent to meet future business needs.Provide leadership across PSM to strengthen partner engagement strategies.Champion a culture of excellence, accountability, and partner-centricity.
This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process

Basic qualifications
 9+ years in client success, account management, or digital advertising3+ years of leadership experience with direct or indirect reports.   Experience developing emerging talent.Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising and related technologies.Proven ability to reshape and redefine business needs and processes.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.Advanced understanding of business implications. Proactive in identifying challenges and offering creative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Preferred qualifications
 Digital media, advertising, or retail media experience Experience in Salesforce and Workfront
