Partner Success Management, Manager

Join the Best Buy Ads team as a Partner Success Management (PSM), Manager. As a PSM Manager, you will be an integral partner to our Best Buy Ads partners and their campaigns by executing to drive innovation and maximize impact. You will play a critical role in building relationships, focused on developing and executing high impact media and measurement strategies across multiple major accounts and through multiple marketing vehicles, ensuring partner satisfaction, retention and upselling when appropriate.

What you’ll do
 

Foster meaningful, long-term relationships with advertising partners and internal teams.Guide and support the partners through the adoption of Best Buy Ads solutions.Main point of post-sale contact for enterprise priority vendors.Establish trust and act as a strategic campaign advisor bringing deep expertise of full campaign activity.Manage campaign elements, gather inputs, and ensure accurate and timely delivery.Own account health and performance, regular and timely communication with senior internal and external stakeholders.Provide actionable insights to improve campaign success.Identify opportunities to enhance partner engagement through upselling and expanded partnerships.Strategize and summarize content for executive-level internal and external partners. Act as an advocate for partner needs, providing feedback to internal teams. Proactively mitigate risk, escalate issues, and discover solutions.Provide mentorship across the team to strengthen partner engagement strategies.Demonstrate professional growth through knowledge-sharing.Develop and refine best practices to drive operational efficiency and partner impact.Collaborate and execute ambiguous workstreams.Support training initiatives to ensure the team is equipped with the latest strategies in digital advertising success.This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. Basic qualifications
 7 + years of experience in client success, account management, or digital advertising.Proven leadership or mentorship experience Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising solutions.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence clients at various levels.Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Proactive problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented approach.

 Experience in Salesforce and Workfront
