Join the Best Buy Ads team as a Partner Success Management (PSM), Manager. As a PSM Manager, you will be an integral partner to our Best Buy Ads partners and their campaigns by executing to drive innovation and maximize impact. You will play a critical role in building relationships, focused on developing and executing high impact media and measurement strategies across multiple major accounts and through multiple marketing vehicles, ensuring partner satisfaction, retention and upselling when appropriate.
What you’ll do
Basic qualifications
7 + years of experience in client success, account management, or digital advertising.Proven leadership or mentorship experience Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising solutions.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence clients at various levels.Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Proactive problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented approach.
