Partner Success Management, Lead

Join the Best Buy Ads team as a Partner Success Management (PSM), Lead. As a PSM Lead, you will be a key partner to our Best Buy Ads partners and their campaigns to deliver the necessary outcomes. You will play a crucial role in building strong relationships, driving Best Buy Ads adoption, executing campaigns and ensuring partner satisfaction, retention and upselling when appropriate.

What you’ll do
 

Maintain and support strong relationships with partners and internal teams.Guide new partners through onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and effective use of Best Buy Ads products.Build trust with internal teams to support business objectives.Serve as the primary post-sale contact, aligning campaign execution with partner objectives.Coordinate campaign setup, gather inputs, and manage advertising elements.Monitor campaign performance, providing recommendations to improve outcomes.Support reporting and billing processes to ensure seamless execution.Present opportunities for partners to expand their engagement with Best Buy Ads solutions.Act as a partner advocate, sharing feedback to enhance offerings.Mitigate risk, escalate issues, and work alongside leadership to troubleshoot concerns efficiently.Demonstrate professional growth through knowledge sharing. Help refine best practices to improve efficiency and partner outcomes.Collaborate & support training initiatives. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. Basic qualifications
 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or digital advertising.Strong understanding of digital media, marketing, and advertising platforms.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make recommendations.Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to client success.
Preferred qualifications
 Digital media, advertising, or retail media experience Experience in Salesforce and Workfront
