Join the Best Buy Ads team as a Partner Success Management (PSM), Lead. As a PSM Lead, you will be a key partner to our Best Buy Ads partners and their campaigns to deliver the necessary outcomes. You will play a crucial role in building strong relationships, driving Best Buy Ads adoption, executing campaigns and ensuring partner satisfaction, retention and upselling when appropriate.
What you’ll do
Basic qualifications
3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or digital advertising.Strong understanding of digital media, marketing, and advertising platforms.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make recommendations.Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to client success.
