Partner Success Management, Associate Manager

Join the Best Buy Ads team as a Partner Success Management (PSM), Associate Manager. As a PSM Associate Manager, you will be an integral partner to our Best Buy Ads partners and their campaigns to maximize the value of our Best Buy Ads offerings.  You will play a crucial role in building strong relationships, driving Best Buy Ads adoption, executing campaigns through multiple marketing vehicles and ensuring partner satisfaction, retention and upselling when appropriate.

What you’ll do
 

Cultivate meaningful, long-term relationships with advertising partners and internal teams.Assist new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition, effective education and successful implementation of Best Buy Ads products and services.Serve as the main post-sale contact, aligning campaign execution with partner goalsManage campaign elements, gather inputs, and ensure accurate and timely delivery.Ensure accuracy of campaigns to maintain a high standard executional excellence. Strategize and summarize content for senior internal & external stakeholders.Present opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services that align with partner goals, ensuring high retention rates and fueling growth.Act as an advocate for partner needs, providing feedback to internal teams for product and service enhancements.Mitigate risk, escalate issues, and discover solutions.Demonstrate professional growth through knowledge-sharing.Develop and refine best practices to drive operational efficiency and partner impact.Collaborate & execute ambiguous workstreams.Support training initiatives to ensure the team is equipped.
This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process

Basic qualifications
 5+ years in client success, account management, or digital advertising.Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising and related technologies.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Ability to analyze data, understand client needs, and develop strategic recommendations.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts.Proactive in identifying challenges and offering creative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Preferred qualifications
 Digital media, advertising, or retail media experience Experience in Salesforce and Workfront
