About The Role
The Partner Services Alliance Associate plays a key role in supporting the Partner Readiness framework, focusing on both strategic and operational aspects of partner enablement. This role involves, optimizing and managing the service scope across all UKG locations, executing partner onboarding and offboarding procedures, driving change management initiatives, and leading strategic projects. The ideal candidate will have background in partner management, global payroll offering, along with strong negotiations skills.
This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in our Varna office and 2 days a week working from home. Working schedule is from 11am to 7:30pm Monday - Friday.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage Global scope of services per location, ensuring service description, fees and all inputs for database updates are implemented accurately and timely
• Analyze current scope management, identify improvement areas, and implement best practices to improve the efficiency
• Negotiate service fees with partners to secure cost-effective solutions for the company
• Work in alignment with partner management strategy, KPIs and goals
• Align with cross-functional teams, including sales, onboarding, and operations, to ensure scope management processes meet business needs
• Support partner enablement to onboarding, ensuring work orders are in place.
• Support partner termination process by issuing Termination letters
• Manage partner pipeline process depending on agreed frequency
• Communicate effectively with partners to ensure optimal service delivery
• Participate strategic projects to support team objectives
• Support the team in daily operations and strategic initiatives depending on the current business needs
Qualifications
• Education in Economics, or Finance, or Business Administration or Payroll/Accounting
• Expert in working with Microsoft package, Outlook, eager to learn company platforms
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Great organizational skills and high efficiently managing multiple tasks
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Eager to learn and develop new skills as we grow
• Participate and lead projects
• Experience in payroll and partner management is an advantage
