This incredible opportunity is focused on leading the business development efforts with a couple of named GSIs (Global System Integrators) for Retail, Hospitality and Transportation for North America. Your objectives will be to build awareness and Partner Sourced Pipeline, with a focus on our Financials/ERP offerings. As a member of the Partner Sales Team in Global Partners Organization, you will work across multiple functions, including (but not limited to) sales, services, marketing, solution consulting, value management and industry.
This role requires strong partner sales experience, managing campaigns and sales plays, GTM and industry expertise, executive presence and strong communication and organizational skills.
About You
Basic Qualifications
5+ years professional experience collaborating with GSIs
3+ years working for or in close collaboration with Partnerships or Alliances with a SaaS organization.
5+ years of professional experience in Business Development or Sales
Other Qualifications
Deep industry experience, especially in Retail, Hospitality, and Transportation
Experience working with senior client relationship owning leaders at GSIs, especially Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG & PwC, and understanding of their motivations and concerns engaging early with SaaS companies
Proven results in working across matrixed organizations, with complex team-based sales environments, and able to influence sales organizations and partner GTM motions
Cloud Technology, Data, Analytics, API, and platform experience and understanding
Validated experience in delivering strong results in pipeline generation and bookings
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Travel: 15 - 20%

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
