Partner Renewal Manager
**Job Summary** The Partner Renewal Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with our strategic partners, focusing on renewals. They oversee partnership performance, drive communication, manage escalations, and strategize to improve renewal retention rates. They will be responsible for driving quarterly execution of Up-For-Renewal (UFR) pipeline for renewals through the assigned partner/disti. Additionally, they would also work to drive the long tail of commercial renewal business through the partner/disti model. **Responsibilities** + Identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with assigned disti/partners on all things renewal + Driving visibility and accountability with the partners/disti on overall target around In Quarter Renewal Rate (IQRR), Discounting, and Renewal Rates (RR) + Deliver QoQ / YoY IQRR growth from current partner baseline + Driving strong weekly/monthly quarterly execution of renewal deals and pipeline + Partnering with WPO and Geo Partner Account Managers to identify enablement needs for the partner/disti on support offerings, tools etc. + Oversees partnership reporting and performance and ensuring alignment with our business goals - holding partners accountable for on time and value add communications + Manages escalations between NetApp, Partner, and Disti + The Renewal Manager would be responsible for understanding churn and work with geo leaders to identify strategies to address **Requirements** + 5+ years of experience required; 4+ years in renewals highly preferred + 3+ years overall experience managing or working with the partner/reseller community + Expertise with sales tools such as, SFDC, CPQ and core renewal KPIs including renewal rates, retention rates, churn rates, etc. + Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and non-verbal communication skills, active listening skills, Strategic Thinking Compensation: The target salary range for this position is $119,000 - $154,000. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings’ (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
