Team: Education & Enablement
Mark43 is looking for a thoughtful and organised Partner Programme Coordinator to join our Education & Enablement team. This is a junior-level role, ideal for someone early in their career or considering a transition into the tech sector. If you take pride in the details, enjoy helping others succeed, and want to contribute to a mission-led organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
In this role, you’ll support our Delivery Partner Enablement Programme by arranging training sessions, managing access to internal systems, and ensuring each interaction runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external partners to create clear, efficient, and well-supported experiences. Your contributions will directly support how our delivery partners serve first responders and the communities that depend on them.
What You’ll Be Working On
• Coordinate and schedule partner training sessions, ensuring they are well-organised and delivered smoothly.
• Manage partner access to Mark43 systems, ensuring accurate records and successful onboarding.
• Track partner activity and assist in the day-to-day operations of enablement platforms and tooling.
• Collaborate with teams across the business to align on partner priorities and maintain clear communication.
• Run post-training feedback surveys and help identify opportunities for process and content improvements.
• Support documentation and process updates to help scale the partner programme effectively.
What You’ll Bring
• Excellent communication skills and a people-first approach.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing multiple tasks.
• Confidence working with spreadsheets, digital tools, and internal systems to stay organised.
• A proactive and thoughtful mindset, always looking for opportunities to improve and refine.
• The ability to build trust through empathy, consistency, and professionalism.
• An interest in operations, enablement, or collaborative cross-functional work.
• Previous experience in coordination, education, customer support, or project-based roles is a bonus, but not required.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is motivated to learn, eager to contribute, and ready to grow in their career. If you’re someone who takes ownership, remains composed under pressure, and enjoys making things run smoothly, this role could be a strong match.
