Job Description

We are looking for a Partner Program Manager to join our Global Partnerships and Channels (GPC) Organization. Our mission is to transform the partner ecosystem into an AI-first community that excels at helping customers revolutionize their businesses with ServiceNow’s AI platform. In this role, you will lead the evolution, launch, and management of Route to Market (RTM) program modules within the Partner Program. 

Role Overview 

Your focus will be on accelerating partner success and ecosystem impact by designing and managing scalable global partner programs, actionable insights, and enablement initiatives that drive partner proficiency, differentiation, business growth, and customer success. 

As a Partner Program Manager, you’ll define and execute the strategy, framework, and governance for the Partner Program. You’ll collaborate across Sales, Partner Management, Product, Marketing, Enablement, Legal, and PRM/Operations to enhance partner engagement at the regional level and support program alignment with broader company goals. 

Key Responsibilities

Program Strategy & Development 

Design and evolve program modules aligned with ServiceNow's GTM strategy to support partner-led AI innovation and revenue growthContinuously refine the partner program structure, tiers, benefits, and engagement models to align with ServiceNow’s objectives and partner GTM routesMaintain comprehensive program documentation, including guides, eligibility requirements, economic models, and governance processesEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and ensure ROI

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution 

Collaborate with Product, Partner Sales, Marketing, Partner Enablement, Legal, and PRM/Operations to ensure seamless execution of RTM Program modulesCoordinate with partner management teams to drive program adoption and boost engagement among new and existing partnersServe as the subject matter expert (SME) on programs, supporting both internal teams and partner-facing activitiesProvide training and enablement for stakeholders to increase program understanding, adoption, and effective execution

Partner Engagement & Enablement 

Define and optimize onboarding, training, and certification requirements to accelerate partner success in RTM channelsSupport partner GTM efforts by collaborating with Marketing and Sales to promote demand generation and marketplace adoptionEstablish governance processes to ensure compliance, partner satisfaction, and continual improvementManage and resolve partner inquiries to keep processes efficient and scalable

Analytics & Continuous Improvement 

Lead data analysis and reporting efforts to monitor key program metrics and inform strategyIdentify and implement opportunities for program enhancement, leveraging partner feedback and industry best practicesContinually update program mechanics, benefits, and incentives to maximize partner engagement and revenueSupport ad-hoc policy updates with cross-functional input and alignment to business objectives

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate:

Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry8+ years in partner programs, partner management, channel strategy, or business operations within a SaaS environmentProven track record in developing, launching, and scaling partner programsExperience managing resell/service provider/consulting partnerships or working in partner-driven RTM modelsStrong understanding of SaaS GTM strategies, software development cycles, and revenue modelsExperience collaborating across global organizations and time zonesExpertise in partner enablement, program management, and governance frameworksExceptional project management, organizational, and stakeholder engagement abilitiesAbility to analyze data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and strategic decisionsStrong communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior leadershipCollaborative, team-oriented mindset suited to cross-functional teamsAble to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneouslyDesired: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $135,300 - $236,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
