**Job Summary** The Partner Program Manager (PPM) designs, refines, and oversees Partner and Go-To-Market (GTM) Programs for the Greater China, ASEAN and South Korea (GCASK) Region. This position coordinates with cross-functional teams for implementation and execution, and throughout the program's lifecycle, the PPM monitors performance and drives enhancements. **Job Responsibilities** + Oversee the full lifecycle of the partner program, ensuring effective implementation + Keep informed on industry trends and competitive partner programs to serve as a subject matter expert. + Gather and integratepartner feedback and communicate to Geo to refine the program. + Coordinate with various teams to provide the necessary support infrastructure, including tools, systems, policies, processes, and resources. + Craft and communicate compelling value propositions, maintaining consistent messaging across program materials for all stakeholders. + Align with cross functions to define launch criteria, support planning, and provide regular program updates. + Monitor and analyze program performance, seeking opportunities for ongoing optimization. + Support the development and facilitation of partner and strategic investment programs at area level. + Monitor implementation of activities as per Business Plan and programs with Distis **Job Requirements** + At least 4 Years of experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing partner programs internationally or regionally. + Skilled in persuading and aligning stakeholders. + Competent in clear communication with diverse audiences, both internally and externally. + Excellent organizational capabilities. + Prior experience transforming strategic concepts into actionable plans. + Capable of leading and working with diverse, cross-functional teams globally. 130496 At NetApp, we embrace a hybrid working environment designed to strengthen connection, collaboration, and culture for all employees.
